Brokerages continually pressed Key to develop a more cost effective tool for digital record compliance. After review of the marketplace, it was apparent that brokerages were being charged for services they simply didn’t need. The document storage solutions that were available based their pricing off of old digital storage models and were simply too expensive. Thus, real estate cabinet was born.
